Project Boom, an initiative spearheaded by an international consortium of college students, was established with the objective of designing and constructing a small supersonic aircraft. I was fortunate to be invited to join the team by a current member, and I subsequently accepted. Initially, I contributed to the integration subteam before being promoted to the position of Integration / CAD Lead. My involvement encompassed the development of a jet turbine test stand, the precise placement and distribution of components, the design of parachute ejection systems, the creation of mission timelines, and the selection and integration of components and avionics.
